Highlight of our ESM Certificate Program: Get-together at CHIO 2024
The Equestrian Stable Management Certificate Program has been running successfully since the beginning of April and participants have already completed exciting modules, gained valuable insights and passed exams.
On Friday, July 5, the Central Event took place as a highlight of the program at CHIO Aachen.
Exclusive insights for international participants
In the morning, the participants, who traveled to Aachen from their various home countries, including Italy, Latvia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Thailand and Uruguay, were offered an exclusive tour of the main stadium.
After an exciting sports program during the day, the get-together took place in the Aachen Lounge, which was opened with a warm welcome by Stefanie Peters, President of the Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein e.V. (ALRV).
Networking with lecturers and partner stables
Not only the participants, but also many lecturers and and responsible people of the program's partner stables met here. This promotes the mutual exchange of knowledge and experience, as well as the development of valuable professional networks.
While enjoying delicious finger food and drinks, our participants listened intently to an expert presentation by team veterinarian Jeroen Declercq of the Equine Care Group and shared ideas with each other.
Inspiring Workshop: Strategic Negotiations & Decision-Making
The next day was spent with us at RWTH International Academy, where the participants took part in a motivating workshop on “Strategic Negotiations & Decision-Making”.
